Our city break was made even more enjoyable thanks to the large variety of hot springs pools available to us. We had our pick from over 20 different options, some of which included herbal remedies. The spa facilities were clean and well-maintained. Plus, the views of the natural surroundings were stunning and added to the overall relaxation. Location-wise, it was easy to reach the resort by train and it was situated close to local transit links. Another plus was the on-site fitness center, allowing us to keep up with our workout routine.

Although the facilities were top-notch, we found the staff to be lacking in communication skills. Their English was limited, making it difficult to get our needs met.

Located in a beautiful tropical park and only a short distance from Qingcheng Mountain station, this hotel is great for exploring the area. the room is spacious and has a good view, and the bathroom is clean and tidy. Breakfast offers plenty of options, including Chinese and Western food. the leisure facilities are enjoyable, including the hot springs and golf driving range.

The electronic equipment in the room is outdated and there are not enough sockets, which can be frustrating needing to charge various devices.

Great location for visiting the nearby tourist attractions. the room was spacious, clean, with a very comfortable bed. the facilities in the hotel were good, including a lovely spa that offered a variety of body treatments.

The staff did not make any effort to make us feel welcome, which made the stay somewhat uncomfortable. the breakfast buffet was very disappointing with limited options and poor quality food.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hot springs were fantastic with over 20 pools to choose from, some of which had herbal elements to improve health. The locker room had all the amenities including towel services, hair dryers and sauna. The hotel also had a full fitness center. Moreover, the hotel has free transportation service for guests. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Staying here was a luxurious treat, with exclusive amenities that pleased me and my partner. the Spa & wellness centre was top notch, providing a relaxing atmosphere for a variety of treatments. the massage was perfect for unwinding and the indoor swimming pool was clean and refreshing. the garden area was a beautiful place to explore. The restaurant provided a wonderful continental breakfast with a wide selection of delicious cuisine. Cons: the location was slightly inconvenient, but still acceptable. Despite taking quite some time to reach by car, it was worth it for the luxurious experience provided at this hotel.

Comfortable bed, spacious and clean room, great breakfast options, excellent location near train station and attractions, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful view from room.
